FLOWER UP is a blend of Western Australian-Indian Ocean Solar Sea Salt, Lavender, Juniper Berries, Elder Flower, Calendula Petals, Lemon Grass, Poppy Seed and Carraway Seed. Fabulous on bruschetta, chicken salads, veggie dishes, stir fries, prawns, scallops, fish, omelettes, vegetable soups, etc..... If the grinder stops grinding please remove top and remove flowers and berries. Grind these in a mortor and pestel and add to soups, rice cooking water, wack a chop then cook, etc.....your imagination is better than mine..... go ahead flower my food..
