I hope you are all enjoying your flavoursome Sea Salt and Pepper blends.
Here are a couple of ideas for you. The whole thing behind Indigo Grinds special flavours, was to make seasoning your food easy and also very tasty. So please try a couple of these very easy meals. We made the grinds for cheating in the kitchen, so please enjoy the ease that Indigo Grinds all natural flavours can liven up your food. One thing to remember is that our flavours are natural and very big in structure so please don't over do it, a little goes far, but of course if you are like me and appreciate the bigger flavours, get into them, grind on,

INDIGO's BRUSCHETTA STYLE ROMA TOMATO....................grand classic
Drizzle with fresh olive oil over sliced or chopped 'Roma' tomatoes and grind FLOWER UP mix lightly.
Serve on your choice of either garlic toast, crackers, crisp breads. Fantastically easy with great flavour. ENJOY
INDIGO's SUMMER EASY CHICKEN....................Tasty tasty very very tasty
Chicken thigh/breast, drizzle with fresh olive oil, squeeze of lemon, grinds of BUDDHA'S BREW.
Let stand for 10min and either grill or pan fry. Serve with green leaf salad drizzled with balsamic, olive oil,lemon and grind FLOWER UP lightly over salad. ENJOY
GRINDERS STEAMED RICE................. subtle fine flavour
Add FLOWER UP to your cooking water (we just take the lid off and scoop out the required amount) then lightly spike with FIRESTORM. Very tasty rice indeed. ENJOY
INDI's NEAPOLITAN FIRESTORM................superbly classic
An easy tasty meal.
Two cans of Roma tomato's, small tomato paste, fresh garlic, fresh basil, brown onion, red wine, FIRESTORM.
Chop onion, garlic and lightly brown off in olive oil, add Roma's, give a minute then add tomato paste, red wine, FIRESTORM (to taste), pinch of Australian sea salt and basil. Let cook at med heat for 20 mins, then 20 mins on low. Get your pasta of choice on the boil, favourite cheese grated and ENJOY.
IG's SPICY POPCORN.............. a grown ups version..extreeemly good
Adult's Popcorn...Pop your corn, drizzle with butter and grind FIRESTORM lightly over whilst stirring though. Fantastic taste. You will find this works well with a beer and a good game. ENJOY
INDIGO'S BEST ROAST............... turns a classic into a masterpiece
Season your favourite choice roast with any of the range and you will get a huge flavour, try BUDDHA'S BREW on your chicken, pork, lamb. Add a little FIRESTORM in there as well and you are in for real treat. Beef works well with the FLOWER UP, yes that's right, give it a go, you will be impressed. ENJOY
INDIGO TUNA or BEEF TATAKI...............great great great meal
Get your choice cut of either sashimi Tuna or fillet steak and simply roll meat in FIRESTORM and olive oil, sear cook. Finely slice and serve over a nice fresh n easy Asian style salad and sliced mango. ENJOY
FISH A La INDIGO..........brilliant, love it
Get a nice firm fillet of a Snapper (pagrus family) style fish, one Tahitian Lime, Macadamia Nut Oil, FIRESTORM, FLOWER UP
Place fillets on a plate, squeeze Lime, splash Macadamia oil, Twist FIRESTORM, and a little FLOWER UP. Make sure of good covering and cook. I like to cook this at a hot heat in a Teflon pan. This is deliciously good. Serve with a FLOWER UP rice and salad on the side. A quick lemon butter sauce goes well this also. ENJOY
GRINDERS BEST BREADCRUMBS.......... just what was needed
Place desired amount of breadcrumbs in bowl and grind BUDDHA'S BREW liberally and if you want to spice that up just add FIRESTORM, this really gets the crumbs bouncing in flavour. Then coat any fish, lamb, chicken, pork, eggplant slices, etc..... Delightful crumbs. ENJOY
INDI VEGETARIAN FOOD DELIGHT............. go dahls,chick peas, lentils, veg patties go
As we don't have any animal products involved in any of our products Vegetarian/vegans can grind too. We cook many styles of veggie food and the grinders help us create flavours we have been looking for. The grinds let you create new tasting meals from your old recipes. ENJOY

FAB FIRESTORM STEAK............more flavour than an outback BBQ
If you like a pepper/spicy steak FIRESTORM will make you the best that I have had and I made it. Grind FIRESTORM all over your choice cut, drizzle a little olive oil, make sure of good heavy covering. If you can do this the night before your luncheon, even better, much tastier again. A little BUDDHA'S BREW whilst cooking. ENJOY
FLOWERING CHOPS........exquisite, must try this
This is a great way to use the excess flowers in the FLOWER UP. Remove the lid and remove all excess flower petals, berries and some of the sea salt. Grind up in an Mortar&Pestle, then add a little olive oil, pat your Dav chops onto the mix and cook. ENJOY
SALMON A LA MINORR .........once tried never denied
Either fillet or steak for this very tasty fish dish. Take fish and coat in Macadamia oil the grind FLOWER UP and FIRESTORM then cook. I do pref ere my Salmon well done with a crispy face to it, I do find it can be to fatty sometimes if not well done. You can do this also with Tuna and other red meat fish and it will be excellent. ENJOY
GRINDER'S CRACKLE........just spoil yourself
Take either pork belly or crackling area and liberally rub with macadamia oil and BUDDHA'S BREW, cook till
crackled. Pure luxury. ENJOY
PEPPERY SALTY SQUIDLY........perfect Sunday lunch, easy tasty healthy
Get your flour and season very heavy with the YIN YANG, then slice your Squidly into squares, toss into seasoned flour and fry quickly at a good hot heat. Drain oil off and squeeze lime/lemon....and then enjoy this wonderful easy dish..yummo ENJOY
FIRESTORM MUD CRAB...... one grand feed indeed
Prepare a tomato, onion, garlic, basil, beer soup, season with a little Sea Salt and a number of FIRESTORM grinds, place prepared Muddy into soup, poach, serve with good Italian style bread (buttered of coarse).
This is also a grand way of cooking Mussels, one of my all time fav foods. ENJOY
BBQ MANGO ........wickedly good
This can be used as a addition to many dishes and I personally love it.
Just get a couple of good sized, good flavoured fruit, peel, slice into big slices, season with firestorm and cook on barbie plate...ENJOY
